The date is 20/08/26, and SOLITERA has it’s third public update! Below are some details about the new features in this new build:
STYLE:
> The most notable addition to this update is the new style options.> When the card style is changed, the appearance of the cards is updated. Additionally, the UI text font will match the style of the card.
> The stage style can also be updated. Changing the stage style at this time will update the background colour of the board.
> More card and stage styles can be expected in future updates.
SPIDER:> There is now an option to increase the amount of suits on the board. In this build, 1, 2 and 4 suits can be used in this mode. Please note, the more suits used in SPIDER, the more difficult it is on average.
ALL GAME MODES:
> All cards will now have a white outline when hovered. They will also shift position slightly to show they’ve been highlighted.
> New backgrounds have been added to the game board. These backgrounds create a clearer distinction between the different areas on the board, and will resize appropriately for each game mode.
> A new ‘Freeze’ feature has been added. This action will freeze the timer and combo metre for some time.
> A new ‘Reveal’ feature has been implemented. This action will allow three face down cards to be revealed.> A new ‘Bounce’ feature has been added. This action will bounce the selected card back to the hand.
> A new ‘Hint’ feature has been added. This action will automatically perform a recommended move.
STATS:
> A new ‘STATS’ menu has been implemented when setting up a game.
Statistics such as the number of games won, as well as high scores will be documented here.
> This data is tracked separately per mode, and more statistics will be added to this menu over time.
SETTINGS:
> A ‘Delete Save Data’ option has been added to the settings menu. This option will erase all user data, including game records, statistics and saved setting configurations.
